Check-out is required before 10:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Express check-out is also an option for guests seeking a streamlined departure process.
There is no physical front desk at this property. Guests will receive check-in instructions and smart lock details by email 24 hours before arrival, and they will access the unit through a private entrance. Guests are required to complete online registration through a secure link before arrival and provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID after booking. Assistance is available through a virtual front desk if needed.
The property allows pets, specifically dogs, for an additional charge of $150 per pet, with fees varying based on the length of stay. A maximum of two dogs, each up to 50 pounds, is permitted, and service animals are welcome with no fees. Pets cannot be left unattended, and only designated pet-friendly rooms are available, so guests should contact the property ahead of time to confirm availability. A refundable damage deposit of $250 per stay is required for all guests.
