Nestled along the serene waters of Palm Beach Shores, The Inlet Palm Beaches is a boutique coastal retreat offering an exclusive escape for travelers seeking relaxation and sophistication. Inspired by the tranquil beauty of the Atlantic and the refined elegance of Palm Beach, this waterfront haven blends modern luxury with coastal charm. With stunning ocean views, contemporary design, and personalized service, The Inlet Palm Beaches is your gateway to seaside serenity and upscale comfort.
The clubhouse is under renovation until further notice, and the pool is unavailable. Pardon our dust as we make improvements. Guests do not need to worry about noise, as any construction will be minimal and not disruptive.

Built in 1958, The Inlet Palm Beaches at 320 Inlet Way embodies the classic charm of mid-century coastal living. This boutique cooperative, with only a select number of residences, was designed to showcase stunning views of both the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Set in the historic community of Palm Beach Shores, the property is surrounded by local landmarks like Peanut Island, where President John F. Kennedy’s Cold War bunker still stands as a reminder of the area’s rich and fascinating history.

Our Policies
Check-in at the property begins at 4:00 PM and is available anytime afterward. Early check-in is subject to availability, and the minimum age for check-in is 25. Check-out is required before 10:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Express check-out is also an option for guests seeking a streamlined departure process.
There is no physical front desk at this property. Guests will receive check-in instructions and smart lock details by email 24 hours before arrival, and they will access the unit through a private entrance. Guests are required to complete online registration through a secure link before arrival and provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID after booking. Assistance is available through a virtual front desk if needed.
The property allows pets, specifically dogs, for an additional charge of $150 per pet, with fees varying based on the length of stay. A maximum of two dogs, each up to 50 pounds, is permitted, and service animals are welcome with no fees. Pets cannot be left unattended, and only designated pet-friendly rooms are available, so guests should contact the property ahead of time to confirm availability. A refundable damage deposit of $250 per stay is required for all guests. A cleaning fee is also applied to each unit, and the amount varies based on the size of the unit and which space the guest books.
Guests should be aware that government-issued photo identification and a credit card may be required at check-in for incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. This property accepts credit cards only; cash payments are not permitted. Fees and policies are subject to change and may not include applicable taxes.
